If you have purchased our products through a retailer, your first line of support is the retailer through which you have purchased the product from. They will be able to give you initial support or redirect you to us for further assistance.

 

Businesses/Non-Profit/Government

Businesses, Non-Profit Organizations and Government Offices who have purchased their products directly through Oriental Imports have access to a dedicated telephone line which they can call during business hours to obtain direct assistance for issues regarding their products. They can also email us at sales@orientaltz.com for non-critical issues, we usually reply within one business day.

 

Retailers/Wholesalers

Retailers and wholesalers who are reselling our products can contact their respective sales representative in charge of their account, by email or by phone, for immediate assistance in regard to issues or queries relative to our products. General inquiries can also be sent to sales@orientaltz.com
